Instructions for use:
Shake well before use. Use a dropper to put 5-15 drops on a spoon and place in the mouth, or apply the amount directly into the mouth. Gently roll the oil in the mouth and between the teeth for 2-3 minutes. Finally, spit out (do not swallow) and rinse your mouth with water. Use 1-3 times a day.
