Instructions for use:
Shake well before use. Using a dropper, drop 5-15 drops onto a spoon and place in the mouth, or apply the amount directly into the mouth. Gently roll the oil in the mouth and interdental spaces for 2-3 minutes. Finally, spit out (do not swallow) and rinse your mouth with water. Use 1-3 times a day.
