They are made from hemp. You will like them very much for their mild nutty flavour. The hulled seeds are unique among all seeds.
Hemp seeds are a source of protein and contain minerals necessary for the proper functioning of our bodies, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus iron and zinc. They also contain vitamins A, D, E and K. They are a good source of fibre! This makes them easy to digest.
One of the most important properties of hulled hemp seeds is that they contain all essential amino acids, including the extremely important omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, represented in an ideal ratio. They are considered a nutritionally complete source of protein

Storage: store dry at relative humidity up to 65%, in a dark place and protect from heat. Recommended storage temperature +4°C to +18°C.
Warning: not recommended for pregnant and lactating women. Not suitable for persons under 18 years of age.
Use of Hulled Hemp Seeds:
Consume at least 2 tablespoons of seeds (20-30 g) daily. Preferably one tablespoon in the morning at midday and the second tablespoon during the day.
You can add them to cereal mixes, yogurt, smoothies, pasta, baked goods, salads, sauces and even meat.
